As a Manager on the Revenue Analytics team you will be responsible for independently leading cross functional projects and managing senior revenue stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales and revenue analytics and be able to effectively communicate complex data to key stakeholders. We are looking for someone comfortable operating at a high pace of change that matches the speed of our business. This is a senior individual contributor role with a long term possibility for people management.
What You’ll Do:
- Support senior revenue leaders by providing actionable insights and recommendations based on sales, revenue, & bookings data
- Develop and maintain models and dashboards to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance & data, to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimizing revenue and profitability
- Conduct in-depth analyses of sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Lead cross-functional projects to develop and implement new revenue growth initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales and revenue analytics, and continually look for ways to improve our processes and tools
What We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of quantitative experience in Data Analytics, Business Operations, Strategic Finance, or Management Consulting.
- 5+ years of SQL experience (we use Snowflake). Should be comfortable writing CTEs and window functions to build data models.
- 5+ years of development experience with data visualization tools (we use ThoughtSpot).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, data validation, and conditional formatting.
- Proven track record working with executives (Directors, VP and above) and cross functional partners (Sales, Success, Finance, Marketing, Data).
- Bonus points for experience with DBT, Salesforce, Go-To-Market Strategy, or Consumption style business models.
The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
