* Job Summary
* The primary purpose of this position is to manage the Renewal Support Specialist and Senior Renewal Support Specialist in structuring and fulfilling pre-paid and recurring maintenance orders and help drive incremental maintenance revenue. This position will also be responsible for managing support for regional sales teams and engaging manufacturers and distributors regarding any issues involving the day-to-day operations of the department.
* What you will do:
* Manages and assigns the Renewals Support Specialists team to sales territories and with deal structuring.
* Articulates analyses of renewals within the manufacturer's renewal policies and procedures.
* Analyzes and provides suggestions to meet customer goals and ensure strong margins.
* Adapts area/team plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
* Articulates strengths and weaknesses of manufacturers and vendors to internal staff and external sales personnel.
* Identifies and solves technical and operational problems; understands and recognizes broader impact across the area.
* Research and articulate CDW's participation in RFP's.
* Advises and manages team in setting proper customer delivery expectations with the internal sales teams and customers.
* Develops and maintains distributor and manufacturer relationships related to the maintenance space and practice.
* Manages and directs end-of-quarter activities to ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.

* Research, resolves, and manages order and invoice discrepancies, both from and Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable perspective.
* Prepares reports for management, sales team, or end-user customer, as needed.
* Prepare information for management regarding opportunity status and review any challenges.
* Hires, trains, develops, and appraises staff effectively, taking corrective action as necessary in accordance with company policy.
* What we expect of you:
* Bachelor's Degree, and 3 years' experience as Senior Renewal Support Specialist or 5 years' minimum equivalent experience,
* OR
* 7 years' experience as Senior Renewal Support Specialist or 9 years' minimum equivalent experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
* Proven success and experience selling partner solutions and services or equivalent.
* Knowledge and proven success of engaging and working with sales teams.
* Ability to execute on territory goals and metrics.
* Ability to adapt and change to the business needs of the practice and team coverage model.
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, including consulting skills.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Strong passion for learning and teaching others.
* Proven group presentations skills.
* Ability to think creatively and identify proactive ideas that will increase sales.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Must be able to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with management, peers, and coworkers.
* Bachelor's Degree a plus.
* Proven success and experience selling renewal solutions and services a plus.
