Job Summary

We are seeking a Project/Pursuits Manager with extensive experience in the engineering infrastructure sector to drive and lead key pursuit activities. In this role, you will lead collaborative efforts to achieve desired results and drive high-impact initiatives in securing key wins. You will oversee the coordination of specialized consultants, such as technical specialists, writers and work closely with our marketing team.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the coordination of engineering infrastructure pursuits, focusing on pre-positioning strategies to enhance competitive advantage.

  • Drive and lead key pursuit activities, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

  • Ensure there are up-to-date company information, including staff bios, project descriptions, statistics, and other relevant data to support strategic initiatives.

  • Strategically update the firmwide database with project and pursuit information to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Craft compelling narratives for pursuit materials, leveraging creative and persuasive writing skills to enhance strategic messaging.

  • Collaborate with thought leaders to develop and implement storytelling strategies in written and visual forms that align with strategic objectives.

  • Conceptualize and oversee the production of high-impact collateral materials.

  • Formulate and execute strategies for project and sector-specific activities that drive business growth.

  • Conduct in-depth research of target markets and clients to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Lead the development of high-quality content that meet customer requirements and advance strategic goals.

  • Manage in conjunction with the Client Experience Team a range of positioning activities to drive strategic initiatives of the related infrastructure sectors.
     

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in an A/E/C firm with a focus on the engineering infrastructure sector.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and clients, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Adobe (including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat).

  • Knowledge of Deltek Vision CRM database is a plus.

  • Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.

  • Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges.
