Job Title: PTP Manager
Location: Nashville, TN

Warner Music’s Center of Excellence is the home to the financial, legal and administrative functions that provide critical support and best-in-class services to our US Recorded Music and Publishing businesses. Your role:
The PTP Manager will oversee the delivery and support of Procure-to-Pay business processes.
Here you’ll get to:
- Manage inbound documents (invoice) coming through multiple sources, including Ariba network, SAP S4 Hana, central mailbox, digital archive, and EDI
- Manage onshore and offshore Invoice processing teams
- Approve and post invoices in the system, verifying that invoice information is consistent with system information
- Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate
- Perform PTP reconciliations, SOX controls and period end close activities
- Manage early payment requests with support of BPO, differentiating between rush payments and other early payment types
- Keep track of credits owed to the company and ensure all credits are properly applied to vendor payments
- Liaise with vendor, in case vendor master data updates are required to issue remittance advice
- Manage vendor onboarding process including vendor onboarding checks
- Assist in internal/external audit
- Address vendor inquiries
- Assist in extracting information for month-end reporting
- Participate in ad hoc projects in other areas as needed
- Settle rush payments within targeted time frame
Key Accountabilities

About you:
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in accounting or a related financial role in a shared service environment
- 2+ years of experience in invoicing, collections, and customer credit functions in a high transaction volume organization
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Knowledgeable on full cycle AP and/or PTP processes
- Strong work-ethic and a self-starter who proactively seeks out new solutions
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects working well under pressure
- Detail oriented
We’d love it if you also had:
- Knowledge of LATAM AP processes
- Fluency in Spanish
- Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana, Ariba, and VIM Open Text
- Experience with continuous improvement (TQM, Six Sigma, LEAN or similar process measurement and analysis techniques)

Salary Range$100,000 to $110,000 AnnuallySalary ranges are included for job postings where required by law.
