This position is responsible to provide operational support to the Account Leadership Team.

- Ability to coordinate and independently manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to be Client facing and work with Senior Leaders on account

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to ask the right questions without having extensive knowledge in a particular business area
Principal Responsibilities
- Support Talent Acquisition for the account team.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding. Responsible to refine onboarding and offboarding processes. Includes troubleshooting individual or programmatic issues.
- Develop, distribute, and refine
- Manage Monthly Manager’s Meeting routine, including developing and collecting content, running meeting, distributing notes.
- Bring forward ideas and execute teambuilding activities.
- In conjunction with HRBP and Account Leadership, develop/import, and implement training programs and activities.
- Provide support for team meetings, summits, and routines.
- Manage employee badging,
- Performs other related duties as required or requested
