The Manager, National Accounts - Sysco, will support the initiatives of the Corporate Accounts team, while driving field execution with regional sales managers.

How you will make contributions that matter...

  • Responsible for the execution of the customer’s strategic growth initiatives to deliver volume and profit expectations.
  • Track progress of strategic growth initiatives and manage the regular communication to both Corporate Accounts and field Sales teams.
  • Provides communication, training and support to field sales / brokers on all Sysco data and initiatives, identifying areas of opportunity for execution.
  • Coordinate competitive market intelligence from field Sales teams, customer feedback and business trend updates to provide direction for Sysco team.
  • Support the Sales forecast process with Director, Corporate Accounts by providing risks and opportunities identified with field Sales team.
  • Work collaboratively across both Corporate Accounts and Sales field teams; act in a manner that demonstrates a desire to collaborate, share, and leverage best practices across the organization

You are best suited for the role if you have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of CPG Food experience.
  • Proven leadership talent demonstrating the ability to influence in a collaborative manner and direct sales professionals to achieve defined goals.
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities should include: negotiation, insight-selling, presentation, communication, analytical, planning, and measurement in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer-based applications. SAP, a plus.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability and experience.
  • Must possess strong communication and presentation skills, attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Financial acumen as a plus
  • Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
  • Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
  • Excellent ability to solve complex problems.
  • Travel required

Salary Range: $102170 - 134000.

"Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, educations, skills and training”
