What You Will Do
- Supports recurring meetings, both internal and external, to track the progress of the project.
- Coordinates the creation of Purchase Requests for all equipment necessary for the project with Process & Test Engineering.
- Maintains the status of the project, using tools like Microsoft's Project Coordinate the generation and release of all appropriate documentation: PFMEAS, flowcharts, Control Plans, Visual Aids, etc.
- Comply with quality systems and environmental management implemented in the company.
- Coordinates all changes to the process with Engineering areas and the implementation.
- Coordinates all changes to the product with Program Managers and the implementation.
- Comply with the review of the status of PLM.
- Review the strategic points that relate to internal meetings and expectations of customers.
- Follow up with Program Managers the outstanding points in the bull-DV.
- Follow up with Program Manager the outstanding points in the runs of PV.
- Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through established communication channels.
- Represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System and Customer Specific Requirements.
- Coordinate the new models first running, maturity gates, compliance assurance.
- Identify and record changes with the product, process in part history.
- Represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System.
- Customer main contact for any communications, visits or audits
- Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.
- Coordinate internal and external transfers between Harman plants
- Coordinate VAVE Initiatives
- Responsible to receive, approve, preparate, validate and implement the engineering change to new launches and production DCN’S.
- Responsible to achieve positive performance on customer score cards
- Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Management System.

- Bachelor Degree on Industrial Engineer/Electronic/Electromechanical.
- Deep Knowledge of PFMEAS, BOM, Engineering Changes, documentation control.
- 3+ years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environment.
- 3 years of prior experience coordinating new projects..
- 3 years of prior experience implementing Continuous Improvement and excellence Methods.
- English 90%, Advance English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations)
- Customer specific requirements (applicable)
