Job Description
ProSidian Consulting seeks a Manager to lead and support design, development and delivery of client solutions for Management and Operations Consulting Practice. The Manager plays an integral role in successfully designing, planning and executing client engagements and building the firm's reputation for quality service.
This includes researching, pursuing, and documenting possible business opportunities; Leading and managing our proposal development process; managing client relationships and deliverables; and developing teams while communicating with appropriate stakeholders. ProSidian Manager Profile
- Consulting Managers should have a BA or equivalent degree, an MBA is preferred with > 5-7 years’ experience, and at least 50% in Management and Operations Consulting.
- Task and assignment lead and manager: Lead and manage performance of complex analysis; Pilot, contributor and co-pilot on engagement pursuits, Co – Lead and Co-Develop recommendations for clients; Develop deeper functional knowledge in ProSidian capability areas.
- Manage, lead, and direct analysis for structuring, performing, conducting primary research, pursuing opportunities, and delivering engagements that uncover insights that support our recommendations to clients.
- Manage, lead, and direct team responsibilities, engagement pursuits, and problem solving for clients. Enhances Management and Operations Consulting and functional skills. Contributor and pilot on engagement pursuits.
- The successful candidate should have experience in Business development, Client Engagements and Relationship Building.
- The candidate should have skills & behaviors that demonstrate progressive success in the management consulting universe.

Your work as a ProSidian Manager will include but not be limited to the following:
- Lead Deal Structuring and performing analysis, and conducting primary research, to uncover the insights that support our recommendations to clients.
- Presenting at team and client meetings, and determining the most practical way to drive lasting results based on your insights.
- Supporting and leading business development initiatives and proposal writing.
- Researching and creating Frameworks and Artifacts to deliver solutions that solve problems and enhance client operations.
- Lead Engagements focused on strategy and operations down to tactical implementation.
These responsibilities provide an unparalleled range and depth of opportunities:
- Working with clients nationally to complete a wide variety of engagements for private companies and government agencies of all sizes - from Fortune 1000 companies, to Mid-Sized Firms, To Private Equity Firms, To Start-Ups, And The Federal Government.
- Taking on stimulating challenges including corporate and business unit strategy, regulatory compliance initiatives; business process reviews, assessments, and improvement initiatives; organizational effectiveness and optimization, and training and talent management initiatives.

- Linking strategy to execution, a successful candidate will assist client leaders in maximizing company return on investment through design and execution of operations core to delivering value to clients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and/or lead proposal or engagement teams
- Coordinate and execute research, data collection, and analysis
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, including financial or business modeling
- Develop and present solutions and recommendations
- Implement strategies, solutions, and recommendations
- Actively participate in business development activities, creating strong working relationships with clients.
- Be an active participant within a team that provides thought leadership, project support artifacts and analytical concepts for use within the practice.
- Lead engagement teams on complex projects
- Develop junior team members
- Any other responsibilities as required

Although daily activities may change and evolve, the following represents initial areas of activity: 20% Internal Operations Focus, 40% Business Dev Initiatives, 40% Client Service. However, what we are looking for is a generalist that can pick a variety of tasks and perform them with minimal supervision and direction.
