Job Description

 

OPERATIONS LEARNING AT STORE
1. Execute and manage an effective training programs according to Brand's Career Roadmap, Minor Learning & Development Programs, all legal compliance requirements
2. Ensure all concerned operations manuals are updated regularly and store training achievement is met the company requirements
3. Drive and sustain the highest level of Service Excellence and Operational Excellence by work closely with operations leader to:
• Build store management team capability to deliver business performance
• Determine performance gaps and learning needs
• Review key metrics (NPS, QSC scores, Training Achievement) and provide people learning solutions to improve the operational excellence standard
• Involve in ensuring the necessary trainings is conducted in store on a consistent basis
4. Maintain an effective Training Stores and Train the Trainer program
• Certify and recertify the Training Stores in ensuring the quality of training stores and have the sufficient number of active training stores accordingly to company standard
• Analyse the training store scorecard, identify operations gap and report to operations leader on monthly basis
• Train new Trainers when required and regularly coach and develop Training Store Managers in his/ her role and responsibilities
5. Regularly monitor and evaluate all People Learning & Development programs effectiveness and provide the solutions to update or revamp the programs by rapidly creating or/and developing the learning contents to close performance gaps or strengthen organizational effective
6. Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives through measuring the business impact results and monitoring behavioral change

OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
1. Conduct the leadership programs 
2. Certify and/or coach Area Coach to facilitate the BMT according to Brand’ Career Roadmap
3. Assist Operations Team in developing the individual development plan for Area Coach and ensuring the contents are focused on experience-based learning with business impact measurement
4. Coach, support and co-facilitate the Business Leadership (BL) Project with successful business impact outcomes
5. Analyse the result of performance appraisal and ensure that all Area Coaches and Operations Manager are to be developed accordingly by working closely with all OM, OD and HRD

STRENGTHEN USC CAPABILITIES
1. Ensures new management to the company are given the knowledge and skills to successfully complete their 90-day probationary period by On-boarding program.
2. Creates and develops blended learning programs as well as eLearning programs to all employees
3. Develop and upskill employees on manger level in order to coach their subordinates and deliver business performance
4. Assist employees on manger level in developing the individual development plan, ensuring the contents are focused on experience-based learning
5. Supports the HRM with the USC career succession planning and people management programs

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & ENGAGEMENT
1. Lead and work with other stakeholders in organizing Employee Relations Activities, including a routine meetings and staff activities such as monthly meeting, staff party, CSRs etc.,
2. Manage owned social media platform to engage with all employees timely
3. Build and sustain employer branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
4. Analyse employee engagement survey (EES) score; develop and execute the action plan to close the gap and strengthen employer branding
5. Maintain all Training transactions with 100% law compliance as well as maintain well relationship with government officers

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High level of passion and proficiency in people management and development
  • Strong public speaking skills
  • Proficiency in English and report writing skills
  • Proficiency in Computer literate i.e. MS Office, especially Excel and understanding of all HRIS and Operation Point of Sales (POS) system.
  • High level of creativity in employee relation and activities

Education:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Management, or any related fields

Experience:

  • Minimum 5-year experience in Human Resources field with international companies.
  • Have Multi-unit operations work experiences is preferable

  • Natural relationship builder and strong interpersonal skills
  • Out-going, inspirational & motivational builder
  • Have strong sense of caring, service mind and eye in detail
