Account Management
Execute and implement business strategies to achieve set targets by working closely with bank business partners, bancassurance sales team, product and operational team. Operational efficiency of overall account management through enhancing existing operation and process within internal and SCB. Formulate adequate sales and marketing activities with business partners to maximize sales potential of bank customers and referrals. Project tracking and updating on status of monthly initiatives and activities.
Administrative and Support
As a coordinator within Head Office and branches on staff matters and HQ events. Work closely with business units to prepare end-to-end event’s approval paper and process (from procurement to the event’s reward fulfillment). Arrange conferences and meetings; prepare and assemble materials; make, confirm, and process travel arrangements and expense reports; schedule appointments and arrange meetings; maintain schedules and calendars; monitor inventory.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute and coordinate business strategies between SCB and internal stakeholders including business operation, customer servicing, product development & delivery, regulatory and sales compliance.
- Conduct regular business review to ensure channel sales targets are achieved.
- Plan effective operational support, training and marketing initiatives to deliver the sales targets and objectives.
- Provide assistance in calendar management, meetings arrangement and teams travel arrangement.
- Provide assistance (coordinate and facilitate) in projects / department initiatives and implementation.
- Maintain department’s:
- personnel databases (pre on & off boarding, system access, IT inventory, name cards, leave management)
- personnel expense budgets
- purchasing records and coordinates billing to departments
- Update Business Continuity Management (BCM) & Business Continuity Impact (BIA) yearly
- Sourcing and procure corporate gifts for business partners (if applicable).
- Provide assistance in department manpower, capacity planning and pre and post recruitment.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline.
- Insurance and Investment qualification will be added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in banking and financial services industries specialized in sales and marketing is an added advantage.
- Effective client management skills.
- A numerate and analytical mind.
- Proficiency in managing business unit with good track records on building business revenue.
- Meticulous with the ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
Knowledge
- Practical knowledge in insurance related products of bancassurance.
