Manager IT – SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) (x|f|m) - Hybrid

For the IT Order to Cash department we are looking for a Manager IT – SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) (x|f|m) for Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH.
In this position you will be responsible for the provision of IT solutions and the operation of our SAP S/4 HANA system.
This position is available for full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Goettingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

• You will lead an international team of IT consultants and be responsible for performance as well as continuous knowledge building and development You will also be responsible for managing external service providers

• Together with your team, you will develop, implement and operate IT solutions in the order to cash area with a focus on quality, budget, milestones and performance

• You will also integrate AI technologies to optimize business processes and improve the customer experience

• You will contribute to the design and implementation of the national and international SAP S/4 HANA roadmap and promote the implementation of SAP BTP solutions

• You will initiate and monitor continuous process improvements in customer service and drive innovation

• Managing the annual budget and ensuring cost efficiency rounds off your area of responsibility

 What will convince us

• You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on information technology or a comparable specialization

• You have proven experience from a management position, as well as in the collaboration and management of international and multicultural teams

• You have a strong understanding of business processes in the area of order to cash and initial experience with AI-supported solutions

• Configuration knowledge from the areas: SAP SD/LE, CS, GTS or MM is desirable

• You are characterized by your communication skills, a high level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and topics

• Your profile is rounded off by fluency in English, knowledge of German would be an advantage
