Job Description

Your Career

This position calls for a self-starter with strong Invoice to Pay operational background, a keen attention to detail and good track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders. This role has regular interaction with senior leadership and stakeholders across the company and requires strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate will need to have a proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining the best talent.

Your Impact

  • Managing group workload and establishing priorities

  • Escalation point in resolving complex outstanding issues with internal & external stake holders

  • Build and monitor performance metrics, with focus on ensuring on-time payments

  • Communication with vendors regarding invoice rejection, process updates etc.

  • Providing continuous feedback to the Invoice Processing team to improve quality

  • Ensure procedures are maintained to ensure accurate, complete, and timely processing AP invoices & payments using cost effective methods and tools

  • Document, monitor and execute internal control procedures as per company policy

  • Support process & system enhancement projects

  • Prepare/review & present periodic reports, metrics, KPI’s, reconciliations & share with Stakeholders

  • Mentor team members to scale & deliver

  • Execution of assigned team goals, team management & career development

Qualifications

Your Experience 

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s in accounting with 12 or more years of relevant experience

  • Experience with Ariba, SAP a plus

  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrates strong communication (verbal and written) skills

  • Able to see the big picture yet hands-on

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Promote teamwork & effective leader

  • Energetic & positive attitude

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $$ - $$/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
