The Role 


We are seeking a high-performance Sales Manager with a strong coaching mindset to lead and develop a team of Account Executives. This is more than just a quota management role — we’re looking for someone who thrives on helping reps grow, improve their craft, and consistently exceed expectations.


You’ll be hands-on with your team: reviewing calls, refining messaging, and turning teachable moments into repeatable wins. You’ll also play a key role in scaling our revenue engine by driving accountability, maintaining healthy pipeline dynamics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that works closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Marketing, and Product to drive alignment and sustained growth. If you love building people and teams that consistently outperform, we want to hear from you.


Who This Role Isn’t For

If you’re looking for a role that’s mostly about forecasting and dashboards, or you’re used to managing in a highly lead-fed environment where reps don’t need much development — this might not be the best fit. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys building up their team, coaching through challenges, and thriving in an environment where structure exists, but change is constant.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of full-cycle Account Executives (AEs)
  • Own team performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecast updates, deal strategy sessions, and 1:1sRun targeted call coaching sessions and provide real-time support to help reps improve discovery, objection handling, and closing performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall sales process efficiency
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent as the team grows
  • Ensure CRM hygiene, sales process compliance, and forecasting accuracy
  • Foster a team culture of grit, ownership, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales leadership in SaaS or tech-enabled services
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle sales reps to and above quota
  • Passion for coaching — you build people, not just pipelines
  • Strong command of sales metrics, forecasting, and CRM discipline
  • High EQ and communication skills — you lead with clarity, feedback, and support.
  • Experience in automotive or eCommerce a plus, but not required
