What We'll Bring:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager of Analytics Automation to lead our analytics automation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, automation technologies, and team leadership. This role is critical in driving our data strategy and ensuring the seamless integration of automated analytics solutions across the organization.
What You'll Bring:
- Lead and manage the analytics automation team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Develop and implement strategies for automating data analytics processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of automated analytics tools and platforms.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in all automated processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of analytics automation initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and automation.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the progress and impact of automation projects.
- Execute processes, procedures, and projects that require planning and interpretation.
- Accountable for the budget, performance, and results of the team.
- Manage experienced professionals who exercise some latitude and independence in their assignments.
- Exercise full management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination, and other personnel actions.
- Ensure the execution of services, products, processes, standards, or operational plans in support of the organization's business strategies.
- Meet short-term objectives and service standards with direct impact on results within the work group.
- Interact with internal and external parties to exchange information, often dealing with reluctance, skepticism, or divergent views.
- Define team operating standards and ensure essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of the discipline.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
