Job Summary
As a Manager, Human Resources at Comcast Business, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to foster a high-performance culture. You’ll lead initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development while managing a team of employees which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Serves as a subject matter expert and provides guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in the development and meeting of department budgets.

Strategic Partnership & Employee Relations

Provide expert guidance to managers on HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution

Oversee complex employee relations issues, including investigations, corrective actions, and grievance resolution

Design leadership training programs to strengthen managerial capabilities
Talent & Compliance Leadership

Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent aligned with Comcast Business goals

Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations (EEO, ADA, FMLA) and audit readiness

Administer compensation programs using market benchmarking and job analysis
Operational Excellence

Develop metrics-driven HR processes to optimize workforce planning

Manage departmental budgets with cost-effective solutions

Lead cross-functional initiatives to support business transformations
Team Management

Mentor HR staff through coaching and professional development plans

Implement technology solutions (HRIS/ATS) to streamline operations
Requirements
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years HR related experience
-
SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
Technical Skills

Expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday)

Advanced proficiency in MS Office
Work Model
