About the Team

The Workday People & Purpose organization enables high performance for Workday by creating remarkable experiences for our employees, candidates, customers and communities we engage with through the people programs and services we deliver. As the company prepares to double in size over the next few years, we are transforming how we deliver services to our employees, focused on providing remarkable service and support experiences for all Workday employees.Our People Operations team is the backbone of how employees experience HR at Workday. You will be hiring / leading, a successful team within our overall HR function. This team provides 2nd tier support, reporting services, data management, and other operational support for Workday globally. You’ll be joining an outstanding organization, full of versatile and passionate HR professionals who are dedicated to ensuring a brighter workday for all!

About the Role

As Workday’s leader for our People Operations team you will:

  • Drive continuous process improvement and data-driven decision making to continuously evolve and improve HR operations.
  • Guide, develop, and mentor a team of highly capable operations analysts. Our operational analysts function as reporting focals, data quality stewards, process experts, and sophisticated problem solvers - all rolled into one.
  • Partner with HR professionals, business leaders, and external vendors to support HR technology solutions for internal use at Workday.
  • Collaborate with our IT and product teams to ensure we use Workday in the most innovative ways possible.
  • Assist in testing and delivery of an ongoing portfolio of HR technology projects.
  • Provide guidance to ensure new programs are built for operational support and scale.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience working as a HR operations professional, delivering technical end user support to employees, managers, and specialized user groups like Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience working in a shared services function.
  • Experience as a people manager of employees.
  • Experience with delivering reporting and analytics to end users.
  • Hands on experience with Workday HCM - including BP config, EIBs, Report Writer

Other Qualifications

  • Experience in a high growth technology/software/product company.
  • Experience with the ‘Design Thinking’ iterative process/methodology.
  • Experience in management of technology changes.
  • Workday Prism experience.
