Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range$101,300.00 - $167,000.00

What Is the Opportunity?

Under general supervision, establishes and directs department wide initiatives including business continuity, various audit activities, supplier inventory controls and procedures, security policy administration and design, model, and present financial reports to assigned business area(s) and proactively identify trends and impacts on the business to inform decisions. This job does not manage staff.What Will You Do?

  • Manages the business continuity processes: ensures annual reviews are completed, trains new employees or functional leaders, conducts table top exercises and other needed reviews, implements changes to plans as requested, and any other program needs as they arise. Completes the annual entity risk assessment and obtains appropriate approvals.
  • Manages the supplier inventory vendor processes; ensures completion of annual plans for 100+ vendors across various functional units. Works through the contracting process ensuring all aspects are completed at the start or renewal of new contracts. Trains new staff and meets with audit as necessary.
  • Coordinates and maintains the 3rd Party data inventory. Responds to incoming requests. Participates on cross functional teams, responds to incoming requests, makes changes as necessary, etc.
  • Serves as the patent officer for HR and represents them on all patents as necessary. Works with the patent office to help to maintain employee records, follow termination guidelines, etc.
  • Manages all aspects of HR security i.e., monitoring of adherence to the policy, ensuring all new hires or anyone that obtains access to systems and information completes the affirmation process, maintains HR systems security, approves ongoing access to systems, performs annual analysis of policy adherence, meets with IT security to ensure we are adhering to best practices, enacts the security protocol if breaches arise and completes the processes as necessary.
  • Acts as a central point of contact for all audit activity.
  • Maintains current status on all audits that relate to HR, assists internal and external audit teams in the collection of data, etc.
  • Synthesize reports generated into impactful exhibits, insightful results/observations, and actionable recommendations to influence business partners and management, ensuring quality control/accuracy.
  • Perform testing and validation of data and analyses and identify gaps and limitations in data sets while recommending potential alternatives.
  • Prepare and present influential financial insights to senior financial leaders and/or functional teams, answering most questions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • College degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational, attention to detail, and PC skills.
  • Previous Audit experience and general understanding of Sarbanes Oxley 404 (SOX) and Model Audit Rule (MAR).

  • Minimum of six years previous related working experience.
  • Must possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
