PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interface with field operations to help facilitate various growth initiatives for the company

Work with divisions to help identify and underwrite land banking, build-to-rent (“BTR”) and other growth opportunities, including conducting market research, financial modeling and composition of information packages to send to third-party buyers/capital sources and internal investment memorandum

Assist with management of Pulte’s PropTech portfolio and evaluation of new investment opportunities and other special situations

Manage the due diligence process and be the driving force in working through the marketing and closing processes for each transaction while being in constant communication with the field and involved third parties

Participate in internal meetings to discuss deal flow, deal status, market conditions and review new opportunities and relationships

Provide timely and accurate pipeline updates on projects progress

For the growth initiatives being implemented: Participate in creating processes, procedures and best-practices that can be communicated across the organization to increase efficiency, prepare periodic and ad-hoc internal reporting materials for management and board review, conducts risk assessments, report identified risks to management and provide recommendations for mitigation of risk

Act as brand representative and build network within the industry through meetings, events and involvement in real estate trade organizations This position requires frequent collaboration with others using technology and other communication tools in person and virtually in addition to travel as needed Performs other related duties as assigned
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree
-
3 - 6+ years of overall experience in homebuilding, commercial real estate or finance

Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to work independently while balancing the planning and management of multiple projects simultaneously

Has strong quantitative and analytical skills and a high level of proficiency in Excel and with complex financial modeling

Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey information via multiple mediums to both internal and external parties

Is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity

A team player who is collaboration oriented

A high degree of personal confidence and integrity
