Manager, Go-To-Market Revenue Planning @ Klaviyo!
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Go-To-Market Organization as the Manager of GTM Revenue Planning. This pivotal role will play a central ownership role in planning facilitation and analysis of our central Go-To-Market organization. This will involve the development of operational models, revenue analysis, stewardship of planning software and scenario management through both our LRP and Op Planning cycles. In addition, this role will be responsible for providing analytical problem solving support to the various GTM organizations across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support in support of planning as well as day-to-day operations.
How You'll Make a Difference

  • Design and build operating models that represent the business analytically, are usable by an executive audience to build confidence in growth assumptions, and produce a robust and explainable scenario back to leadership
  • Collaborate with and support stakeholders across the Go-To-Market & Finance to deliver confident long-term and operational plans that accurately reflect the investments we are making as a business
  • Pre-emptively identify and analyze areas of growth to inform strategic business decisions and investments as they pertain to planning
  • Collaborate with Reporting and Forecasting functions to ensure data continuity across activities to enable comprehensive reporting
  • Support the management of strategic programs and initiatives and work with Finance and GTM Ops to establish and align on business impact sizing
  • Support our consolidated Go-To-Market data and metrics posture to ensure alignment of business performance monitoring against our plan
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in our competitive landscape


Who You Are:
You are quantitative and curious. You are excited by building models for use by a non-technical audience. You enjoy understanding cause and effect in various business situations and representing the impact of those effects analytically. You enjoy finding creative solutions to hard problems and are structured in your thinking. Ideal for someone who wants to launch a career in business analytics.

  • You have worked in a business intelligence or analytics role for 7+ years professionally, including 4+ years in high tech (preferably B2B SaaS environments with multiple product offerings and global reach)
  • You have a track record of success in working across a Go-To-Market or Finance organization driving planning efforts analytically (either organically or within a planning platform)
  • You are confident in modeling business scenarios using Excel/GSheets or business / financial planning software (experience with implementing planning software a plus )
  • You possess strong SQL skills for data collection and analysis (data visualization experience is a plus)
  • You are a problem solver and understand problem structuring and critical thinking skills to direct analysis and test hypotheses and communicate insights back to senior business decision makers (consulting experience is a plus)
  • You are a self-starter, motivated by continuously solving hard problems.
  • You are adaptable, intellectually curious and ready to embrace change in dynamic environments
  • You are strong at driving alignment, managing time, and managing priorities
  • You are experienced at managing business rhythms in an agile SaaS or other fast-paced work environment
  • You are a great communicator and negotiator able to develop shared perspectives and foster strong organizational relationships
  • You are passionate about customer's experience in e-commerce
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (Masters degree preferred, MBA is a plus)

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. This role is eligible for benefits, including: medical, dental and vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), flexible paid time off and company-paid holidays and a culture of learning that includes a learning allowance and access to a professional coaching service for all employees.
Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$124,000 - $186,000 USD
