The Manager, Global Strategic Accounts – Technology Vertical drives profitability by empowering Strategic Account Managers, leveraging partner networks, and enhancing marketing initiatives. You’ll refine and execute strategies to expand market share, strengthen client relationships, and grow product offerings. What You Will Do

  • Revenue & Market Growth: Achieve revenue and market share targets by developing and executing strategic business plans. Manage financial metrics, collaborate on forecasts, pricing strategies, and identify industry trends for competitive advantage.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate the account management team to achieve personal and revenue goals. Ensure alignment with business plans, and foster expertise in solutions, cost-justified proposals, and value-based promotions.
  • Partner Strategy & Marketing: Implement growth strategies by leveraging resources, partners, and marketing programs. Enhance partner opportunities through promotions, training, and clear certification communication.
  • Performance Reporting & Insights: Track growth opportunities, risks, and performance. Present new product and solution ideas to leadership based on team feedback and market analysis.
  • Account Management Optimization: Monitor account management productivity and adjust plans based on forecasts and business trends. Provide leadership with valuable customer feedback on growth, quality, technology, and marketing.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in strategic accounts and the partner ecosystem to drive sustained growth.

What You Will Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Commercial Experience: 10+ years commercial experience, with 5 years’ experience building business and driving growth in a related industry.
  • Management Experience: 8 years’ experience building and leading account management teams.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-impact projects and initiatives.
  • Global Experience: Experience working in a global, matrix environment and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong background in Network Infrastructure sales.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000. This role qualifies for a sales incentive plan. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
