About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Manager Global Procurement Finance External Manufacturing to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. This position lies within the Global zone reporting into Sr. Manager Global Procurement Finance Ingredients. You will be working in a successful team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. In this role you will be a key player in optimizing EM procurement processes, managing financial aspects, and providing make vs buy analysis across our global organization. Your role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders, supporting zones/BUs in negotiating contracts, and driving cost-effective solutions. Below are the essential duties and qualifications for this position.
In brief, you will be:

  • Driving financial performance of External Manufacturing (~$2.5bn$) across the globe through collaboration with Procurement and Supply Chain,
  • Develop annual cost-out savings programs and implement business strategies that directly impact company financial results and growth plans,
  • Business partnering with BU Procurement Finance and EM Procurement Heads to own the finance piece of contract negotiations and business improvement projects,
  • Increase visibility of EM spend and identify and drive areas of opportunities for performance improvement,
  • Bringing clear visibility on EM Projects that can be applied across all BUs and negotiations made so that best-practices are shared across the zone,
  • Bring visibility and comparison between similar EMs across the Globe to boost efficiency and drive savings,
  • Responsible for implementation and execution of ground-breaking agenda of Global Procurement Finance including EM Grit NA and roll-to other zones,
  • Own EM Budgeting and Strategic plan financial review, bring visibility on EM footprint to PLT,
  • Supporting business cycle process (budget and strategic plan), coordinating and aligning agendas between zones and global procurement and procurement finance teams. Coordinating and sharing templates to the zones. Consolidating and analyzing the data submitted by zones.

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance or Business Management
  • 3+ years in a Finance position with Supply Chain or Commercial experience
  • Critical skillset of ability to analyze contracts, communicate findings clearly with the business and drive improvements across the procurement space
  • Must possess solid interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent project management, skills required
  • Proficient in English
