Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Manager, Global HRIS Innovation based at our Greenville, NC location. 

  

What you will do: 

  • Develop and execute the global HR systems strategy by identifying needs and implementing solutions aligned with organizational and IT goals. 

  • Lead the evaluation, integration, and implementation of HR technologies to enhance business processes and drive innovation. 

  • Act as a champion for HR technology, introducing innovative ideas and solutions to meet evolving business needs. 

  • Oversee system integrations and ensure accurate, actionable data insights to support decision-making and improve cross-functional processes. 

  • Support people analytics by ensuring data accuracy and usability while providing meaningful insights to stakeholders. 

  • Ensure compliance of HR systems and processes with relevant laws and regulations, adjusting programs as necessary. 

  • Manage departmental budgeting and cost forecasting for HR technology initiatives.

What you will need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. 

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in HR technology within a multinational organization. 

  • At least 5 years of experience with Workday’s suite of HR solutions. 

 

Skills, Experience, & Abilities       

  • HR Systems Expertise: Extensive experience with Workday’s suite of HR solutions, including configuration and optimization. 

  • Data Analytics: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and proficiency in HR analytics tools. 

  • Systems Integration: Demonstrated experience managing integrations between HRIS and internal/external systems. 

  • Project Management: Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and execute large-scale projects effectively. 

  • Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of laws and regulations impacting HR systems and data privacy. 

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in reporting tools and platforms, with experience providing actionable data insights.
