Job Description
The Finance Transformation team is looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You'll be working in an energetic impactful team, alongside colleagues driving key projects for our Supply Chain Finance organization. Reporting to the Global SC Finance Transformation Lead. In this role you will be accountable for leading the global roll-out agenda of all SCF Transformation activities in the company using the AGILE framework, across different countries. You will be challenged to find optimal solutions for a wide range of operations landscapes. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior partners.
We are seeking a candidate who has a developed understanding of operations (manufacturing, logistics, procurement) and the FMCG industry with proven ability to carefully and logically assess risks, benefits and alternatives. This individual should be comfortable communicating with and influencing key stakeholders across a matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will also have a successful track record of executing projects - both digital and non-digital for a Finance organization. True ownership, strong analytical skills and business acumen are key characteristics to excel at this position. The individual should have experience in Agile project management focusing on continuous releases and incorporating stakeholder feedback with each iteration or sprint.

• Be an agent of change into Kraft Heinz Company organization to move different stakeholders towards the goal of improving our processes, systems and capabilities in SC Finance.
• Lead various projects, acting as a project owner, ensuring all deliverables are met and all stakeholders are aligned towards the same objectives
• Support the Global SC Finance Transformation Lead in managing large scale projects (using Agile ways of working).
• Lead a POD team (including Data Engineers and BI developers) in building analytics solutions for our Supply Chain Finance department.
• As a subject matter expert, design and recommend appropriate analytical approaches to address key issues within the business, balancing priorities and resources.
• Chief a positive environment into your team, genuinely interested in the well-being and happiness of your colleagues.
• Liaison with the stakeholders to understand their business peculiarities and develop and implement solutions that will support in driving best in class finance processes, systems, capabilities and analytics solutions.
• Support Supply Chain leaders across different countries to guide and elevate the analytical abilities across KHC. Empower and support the teams in creating analytics tools for data-driven decision making.
• Communicate our transformation strategies and concepts to various levels of the organization and document issues related to the projects using Change Management templates and techniques.
• Partner with the Global Finance and Global Supply Chain to set the analytics vision and strategy for each function through partnership with senior leadership, championing the use of data in making strategic business decisions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA included). Preference for Business, Finance, Supply Chain or similar
• Minimum 4 years working experience, in a fast-paced environment, preferably in CPG environment and / or Finance, FP&A, Manufacturing, Logistics or Procurement
• Strong understanding of the Supply Chain of an FMCG company (manufacturing, logistics and / or procurement)
• Understanding of P&L structure, with particular knowledge of the cost components (Variable and Fixed Costs)
• Strong recent & related experience with MS Office (i.e., Excel & PowerPoint) and BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Strong project management skills required, with ability to prioritize and follow through
• Highly organized with a keen sense of focus and ability to meet required goals under time critical deadlines in a stressful environment.
• Strong social skills, with ability to understand the context and utilize it to drive an agenda
• Project management experience using Agile ways of working
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Demonstrated financial knowledge, with the ability to evaluate financial data and interpret as relevant data points in review and approval consideration.
• Strong ownership, never giving up and really committed to drive an agenda even in adverse environments
