Your role in our team will require you to:
Handle Financial Planning and Analysis activities for India entity, focusing mainly on Annual Plan / Quarterly Forecasts, Monthly closing and Corporate Reporting, MIS, Business Partnering and Decision support.
The role is critical to the success of India operations and shall drive financial discipline in the organization. The incumbent shall work independently along with support from Accounting and Finance outsourced partner (TMF) to achieve desired outcome and shall actively partner with business teams to drive given agenda.

Budgeting/Forecasting
- Lead submission of Annual Plan and quarterly re-forecasting exercise as per corporate timelines.
- Closely coordinate with Corporate Finance team for each BU to support them complete Plan/forecast submission.
- Provide summary of India Plan/Forecast numbers for each BU to Corporate teams along with bridges/commentary
- Handle Workforce planning tool for permanent FTEs HC and cost.
- Work with India business teams for timely submission of Plan/forecast inputs and review those for any errors/omissions.
Monthly closing and Corporate reporting
- Lead monthly closure of India books and submit to Corporate as per timelines.
- Provide commentary of each BUs to Corporate team on monthly basis and attend monthly calls with corporate team.
- Provide support to corporate team to provide various reports and handle any ad-hoc requests.
MIS
- Lead distribution of standard reports to respective stakeholders
- Present and participate in monthly budget vs actual calls with stakeholders and take necessary action per discussion.
- Assist in MIS transformation projets
Decision support and Business partnering
- Work with business teams to prepare and submit Decision papers.
- Act as Finance business partner for various routine transactions, FTE and CWR hirings.
- Provide support to leadership team and other functional teams in decision making by providing appropriate financial metrics (Cost / FTE, P&L support etc.)
Statutory Compliances
- Assist in timely closure of Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and Corporate Audit. Share necessary details and liaison with stakeholders.
- Assist in compliances related to Income Tax, GST, FEMA including assessments, appeals, refunds, etc.
Key Relationships
- Accounting and Finance outsource partner (TMF)
- Cross functional teams (Facilities, P&C, IT, Gaming Hardware etc.)
- Corporate teams for each Business Unit
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge and understanding of an ERP system (preferably Microsoft Dynamics D365), TM1 cubes, Anaplan, MS Excel, Reporting tools (Power BI)
- Good communication skills (written/verbal) with ability to communicate in a precise and clear manner to all stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to engage with various other teams and work on desired outcome.
- Attention to detail, ability to analyze and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize task and meet deadlines.
- Pro-business approach with right balance between governance and meeting business needs
