The base salary for this position is dependent upon experience and location:

Salary range: $125,766.00 to $157,208.00
Work collaboratively or independently within UI Electric Operations to plan, analyze, and maximize operational and financial performance. Manage, direct, and oversee all UI Electric Operations financial planning and results activity. Including the preparation and management of annual/quarterly/monthly OpEx budget and results analysis. Manage, develop, and enhance metrics tracking business performance. Identify trends and produce ad-hoc analysis. Proactively engage with UI Electric Operations leadership to support greater enterprise value creation. Act as liaison between UI Electric Operations and corporate partners. Corporate Accounting, Control, Investment Planning, and Regulatory. Lead recurring UI Electric Operations results discussion driving focus around performance. Solicit feedback, identify root cause, and corrective action. Lead, manage, evaluate, and develop a diverse team of professional staff members. Additionally, recruit, train, motivate, and retain a professional staff. Support their ongoing professional development and promote/sustain collaborative environment. Provide expert assistance on financial/regulatory matters. Rate case guidance, support, and documentation. Oversee UI Electric Operations Major Storm finance role. Including real time Major Storm cost estimation and master data creation. Also, responsible for all Major Storm finance internal/external reporting and data requests.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelors’ Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience preferred.
- Associates Degree with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10 years relevant experience required.
Skills/Abilities:
- Proven analytical and problem - solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Advanced PC skills including demonstrated proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, etc.) for spreadsheets and database management.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects and multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization
