As a key member of our team, the Manager of Executive Compensation will work closely with the Senior Director of Executive Compensation to shape and enhance Cencora’s executive compensation programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only manage and administer these vital programs but also to actively participate in the design and implementation of innovative compensation policies. - Evaluate senior roles within the organizational structure to support level and grade determination and benchmark roles to market for compensation package proposals.
- Conduct market analyses of senior pay packages to provide insights and make recommendations for competitiveness and alignment with market.
- Manage the annual executive compensation planning process, supporting the preparation of compensation materials (i.e., Board materials and the compensation tables of the annual proxy statement) and coordinating internal collaborations on such matters.
- Manage the Company’s executive perquisite programs, as well as the development, maintenance, and distribution of executive Total Rewards communications.
- Stay informed of legal and regulatory requirements related to executive compensation, as well as industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners across HR, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Support the Executive Compensation function in driving execution excellence and continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCP, CEP) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in executive compensation or a related field, preferably within a large, complex organization.
- Strong understanding of executive compensation principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary Range*
$98,200 - 151,360
*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
