Job Description
Digital & Omnichannel Project Manager
Purpose of the position
As part of the development of our digital activities, the Digital team works closely with the brands teams to support business objectives and improve customer experience.
We are therefore looking for someone responsible for the proper deployment of our one-stop-shop website and for the support of the implementation of other digital ecosystem related projects.
This profile combines functional and technical skills and requires fluent English to collaborate with the Global Omnichannel and IT teams.
As a Project Manager, the employee will:
• Ensure the proper implementation of the HCP Portal and related websites in line with the local “Digital Customer Experience” strategy and in collaboration with the Global teams (Digital & IT)
• Be the digital point of contact of a Business Unit’s (marketing, medical & sales team) to propose, implement and monitor multi-channel/digital campaigns, while ensuring that the communication strategy meets the expectations and needs of the market, in compliance with the Code la Santé publique, the Charte de la Promotion and its reference document, and in accordance with the GDPR and CNIL regulation.
• Improve project management of transversal/digital projects in collaboration with local stakeholders + Global teams + local agencies.
• Guarantee expertise, IT management and recommendations adequate to the Digital needs of marketing and sales teams.
Main activities:
• HCP Portal Product owner including the management of the congresses related website -HCP Portal : Project Management / follow-up of the various ongoing digital projects related to our HCP Portal

d.Traffic generation strategy Congresses platform : Project Management
e. Collaboration with all the internal users of the website (All assistants + all business units directors + all medical directors)

•OMC Customer Experience manager for 1 Business Unit Strategy and project development:
a. Participate in the Multichannel strategy, creation and deployment of multi-channel/digital campaigns (VAE, SFMC, Remote Calls, media plan, 3rd party...)
b.Set up and monitor actions of personalization, automation, contact orchestration via digital.
c.Ensure a perfect understanding of the company’s business issues, the importance of the role of the field teams and an excellent knowledge of our external partners in order to propose relevant solutions.
- Measurement, tracking, monitoring and reporting:
a.Propose and ensure the implementation of digital KPIs linked to the company’s business objectives.
b.Propose and ensure the adequate tracking of digital campaigns.
c.Be strong in your proposals and participate in the deployment of data visualization tools.
d.Propose areas for improvement/optimization for future campaigns.
-Training, monitoring and optimization of the digital tool's usage and projects by sales teams (Headquarters and Field):
a.Involve end-users in the reflection phase of each project.
b.Support and train for optimal use and understanding.
c.Monitor and optimize the use of digital tools.
-Deployment of new communication opportunities within the affiliate
a.Coordinating the implementation of new tools/projects (AI, social media, next best action, digital tools, etc.), in compliance with the Public Health Code, the Promotion Charter and its reference, and in accordance with the GDPR and the provisions of the CNIL.
b.Implement and monitor KPIs to demonstrate the impact, value and best practices associated with each project.
•Local technical expert of the Digital ecosystem (France Operational point of contact of our Global Digital/IT colleagues)
-Ensure alignment of the business roadmap with the Global IT roadmap.
-Monitoring of site maintenance, changes linked to these sites.
-Monitoring of the technical security of the platforms.
-Monitoring and recommendations regarding the implementation of the digital architecture, data flows, digital / IT strategy.
•Digital expert & point of contact with XF colleagues / within the company
-Ensure the proper implementation of digital ecosystem to allow the measurement, tracking and monitoring of Marketing projects, in collaboration with the Digital & Data / CRM teams.
-Ensure a perfect understanding of the company's commercial strategy, the importance of the role of field teams, as well as excellent customer knowledge.
-Ensure consistency in the development and execution of digital projects in collaboration with the legal department.
Profile
Knowledge, experience, and skills
-Bachelor's degree in digital or related fields required.
-3 years of experience in digital pharma.
-Skills in multi-projects management (agency collaboration, website design, UX/UI optimization) and in digital marketing (web analyze, SEO, performance…) but also technical/IT skills.
-Fluent French & English
