This position is eligible for remote work. This role will have occasional on site expectations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize demand generation campaigns across marketing channels for consumer audiences with an emphasis on testing, tuning, and optimizing for maximum impact for the business.

  • Experience leveraging marketing platform (Google Display Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest Paid Ads, Partnerize, etc.), analytics data (Google Analytics) and company data (multi-touch attribution) to optimize campaigns.  SQL experience a plus.

  • Experience with audience segmentation strategies, 3rd party data providers, and predictive audiences (BQML).

  • Advanced MS Excel fluency required (pivot tables, charts, vlookup, regression analysis)

  • Utilize successful bidding strategies and effective audience management on campaigns to hit target acquisition, volume goals, and efficiency metrics.

  • Actively test and analyze Campaign elements to increase ROI and drive incremental volume.

  • Provide consistent and effective support to senior management on new marketing campaigns to drive additional traffic and sales.

  • Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.

  • Experience hiring and leading diverse teams

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in marketing business communications or related field

  • 5+ years of ecommerce marketing experience managing large scale paid campaigns and digital marketing content in multiple social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok is required must have a strong understanding of major social platform algorithms, advertising products and optimization levers

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications

  • Must have a proven ability to collaborate with others to understand and complete project goals

  • Working experience in Google display ads, Facebook ads manager and Google Analytics

  • Proficient in excel, SQL a plus

  • Strong organizational slash project management skills, including high attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

  • Collaborative spirit and problem solving mindset

Base Pay Range:

$74,000 - $90,000 per year DOE

Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods at a time.

Physical Requirements:


This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
