Dynamics of the Role
This is an exciting time in TransUnion CIBIL. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau.
This role will work with analytics solutioning, design, build and implementation for custom reporting and analytics as per client needs, working closely with Transunion CIBIL’s Sales and Consulting teams. S/he should be able to understand business needs, translate them to analytical requirements, build an appropriate solution, and present results back to client teams at suitable levels for consumption. To such ends, the individual needs to work collaboratively with product / technology/ operations teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supporting Lead for client meetings to understand their requirements and ensure delivery of the right analytics solution in a timely manner
- Build strong relationships with clients as well as internal stakeholders to generate more demand
- Collaborate with vendor and/or other team members to deliver high quality analysis to satisfy business requirements.
- Displaying strong EDA skills for deriving insights from data and communicating them effectively to business stakeholders
- Implement and follow best practices with respect to coding standards and documentation
- Proactively look for opportunities to increase efficiencies through automation, where applicable
- Develop individual client strategies and collaborate with both internal and client resources to ensure the implementation of approved strategies
- Demonstrate & supporting team for capabilities and self-driven initiatives to learn new techniques/technologies to stay ahead of the curve
Impact You'll Make:
Experience and Skills
- Any bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in this field if the role holder does not have a degree in technical stream
- 2-5 years of experience
- Expertise in tools and technologies like SQL, R, Spark, Hive, Tableau etc.
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- Executive presence and assertiveness.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
- Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
- High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
- Banking Experience is a plus
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
