Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and expert Site Leader to manage the operations of our Satellite Customer Experience Center in Hwasun-gun. The Site Leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the center's activities, including technical support, business development, and collaboration with local collaborators.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Satellite Customer Experience Center.
- Ensure the center meets its strategic goals and objectives.
- Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Business Development:
- Identify and develop business opportunities within the advanced bio-industry special zones, particularly in Jeollanam-do and surrounding areas.
- Develop and propose technical teamwork plans through our company's TVP to government offices, companies, schools, research institutes, and hospitals in the region.
Technical Support:
- Provide close technical support tailored to the needs of customers and companies entering the bio-industry zones.
- Propose customized workflow solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration and Training:
- Develop collaborative systems such as credit certification programs, annual education recognition programs for public officials, and executive proficiency improvement programs for companies.
- Support the promotion of the regional bio-industry by developing and implementing these collaborative systems.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher on biochemistry, molecular biology or relevant major
- 3+ years of laboratory experience
- 7+ years of experience in a related industry.
- Validated experience as a team leader in sales, technical support, or marketing within the bio-industry.
- Experience in training on bio/pharmaceutical research and development equipment
- Research or development experience in cell/gene therapy, vaccines, or pharmacy/pharmacology is highly desirable
Essential Skills/Knowledge:
- Cell Culture: Proficient in cell culture techniques, including maintenance and manipulation of cells.
- Gene Expression Analysis: Skilled in analyzing gene expression and protein levels post-gene delivery using techniques such as PCR/RT-PCR, Western blotting/ELISA, and protein expression/purification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Research Proposal and Grant Management: At least 1 year of experience in managing laboratory supplies and inventory.
- Pharmacy/Pharmacology Experience: Practical experience in pharmacy or pharmacology will be considered a strong asset.
- Proficient skills/knowledge for stem cell/organoid culture, cell line and animal model monitoring or gene editing and delivery
