Job Description

Join our Global Sales Operations team at Nexthink, the leader in Digital Employee Experience.

The Contract renewal Manager will be responsible for overseeing the renewal process of contracts across multiple regions and business units. This position will ensure that contracts are renewed timely, comply with company policies, and align with business objectives. The individual will collaborate with sales, post-sales, legal, and operational teams to manage and streamline the contract renewal process globally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Renewal Strategy:

o Develop and implement global strategies for timely and efficient contract renewals.

o Ensure alignment with business goals, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

o Identify opportunities to improve contract renewal processes and enhance operational efficiency.

2. Contract Lifecycle Management:

o Oversee the end-to-end contract renewal process, from contract review and negotiation to final execution.

o Coordinate with legal, sales, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that renewals are in line with company policies, pricing strategies, and client requirements.

o Maintain comprehensive records and ensure that all contracts are updated and renewed on time.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

o Align with Sales teams on Customer health and on the best strategy to retain and grow ARR.

o Collaborate with key internal teams, including post-sales, legal, and operations, to manage contract renewals effectively.

o Serve as the point of contact for all issues related to contract renewals and ensure all departments are aligned and informed.

o Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any concerns during the renewal process.

4. Contract Negotiations:

o Lead and manage negotiations for contract renewals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.

o Resolve any disputes, renegotiate pricing or terms as necessary, and work to maintain strong client relationships.

o Ensure that the renewal process complies with any legal or regulatory requirements specific to different regions.

5. Performance Tracking, Forecasting & Reporting:

o Forecast and report on the progress of contract renewals and ensure all deadlines are met.

o Analyze key metrics and provide regular updates to senior management on renewal performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

o Develop and maintain reports to track renewal trends and forecast future renewal activities.

6. Risk Management:

o Identify potential risks or challenges that may affect contract renewals and develop strategies to mitigate them.

o Monitor client satisfaction during the renewal process and address any concerns to ensure retention and minimize churn.

7. Team Leadership & Development:

o Lead and manage a global team of contract renewal professionals, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.

o Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

o Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.

· At least 7-10 years of experience in contract renewals in Saas environment.

· Strong understanding of contract law, business operations, and the nuances of global contracts.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of renewals effectively.

· Ability to lead and motivate a global team.

· Timeliness of contract renewals.

· Customer satisfaction and retention rates.

· Contract compliance and risk mitigation.

· Cost-effectiveness in contract renewal process.
