The Region Consumer Collecting Manager (CCM) is a member of the Brand Marketing vertical based in a Region office. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, The Consumer Collecting Manager will partner with key Santa Monica Consumer Collecting Team stakeholders and communicate directly with Regional Field Marketing teams to deliver against the Consumer Collecting strategy. You will also manage key operations/execution of initiatives that drive product trial and build brand image. You will be the liaison between the Consumer Collecting team in Santa Monica and the Field Marketing Teams in the regions and will ensure an aligned approach to execution, primarily of the Student Marketeer program.

Job Description

STRATEGIC DIRECTION

Lead the local formation and delivery of annual business plan for Student Marketeer resources and collegiate marketing initiatives.

Contribute to the national planning for Occasions, Consumer Activations, and product launches, creating program tools and direction for Consumer Collecting in the regions.

Lead biannual RE process locally to ensure target setting across all Consumer Collecting KPIs.

Use platforms (RBU, HUB, BI) to communicate strategic direction and provide resources to the regions.

Ensure Regional Marketing Teams create inclusive and culturally relevant communications and experiences that authentically reflect and celebrate diverse communities within the region.


CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ALIGNMENT

Ensure Region alignment and accountability with Consumer Collecting execution of all Global, National, and local campaigns, via the Student Marketeers and the FMS.

Partner with the Region teams to ensure success across all initiatives and support in removing barriers.

Source Regional indirect sampling partners drive product trials with our target consumers.

Work cross-functionally with Region Sales to build mental and physical availability within on-Premise, off-Premise, and New Business environments and ensure the product is at arm's length via the Student Marketeer Team.


DRIVING QUALITY EXECUTION IN CONSUMER COLLECTING 

Conduct regular field visits to drive quality execution and provide feedback to the Regional Field Marketing team, ensuring the Student Marketers drive the Red Bull trial, increase brand awareness, and foster a positive product and brand perception within their respective markets and universities.

Ensure field understanding on current program details, KPIs, recruitment process and sourcing tactics.

Reinforce successful activation and execution standards amongst Region Field teams.

Develop ongoing training and communication for Student Marketeers through year.

Evaluate and analyze measurement of key KPIs and drive accountability with Region Field teams.

Support the Field team with recruitment and hiring to ensure Student Marketeers are true Red Bull representatives and a tangible face of the brand.

Uphold execution standards in the regions to ensure premium appeal of all branded assets (sampling tools, SM uniform, Mini fleet, infrastructure, warehouse).


PROGRAM & PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT 

Support the annual Business Planning process, including forecasting and inventory (fleet, volume, SM tools).

Oversee direction and communication of program priorities and KPIs to region teams.

Outline goals for the Regional Brand Marketing teams that allow for developing and executing strong Student Marketeer program.

Manage the content and community engagement of Student Marketeers on internal platforms.


MARKETING INNOVATION

Understand the latest generational trends by being close to our consumers and talking to our networks in the different scenes.

Involve the local team in idea generation for the field and maximize their personal university lifestyle to identify technology/digitally/socially guided consumer trends early.

Help create new ideas that bring the brand to life on and around college campuses.

Collaborate with Santa Monica Consumer Collecting to develop new trial-driving tools and sampling tactics to reach new and infrequent users.

Qualifications

3+ years of marketing experience

Vital planning, prioritization, and project management competencies

Strong understanding of the Red Bull Student Marketeer program operations & strategy

Demonstrated leadership to inspire and mobilize teams around a common goal

A creative marketer with depth in brand understanding innovation at the heart who puts new ideas into practice fast

Ability to multi-task and work in cross-functional teams with different objectives and personalities

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Must be fluent in English; additional language skills an advantage

Must have a valid Drivers License

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.


The base salary range for this position is $85,600 to $128,400 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
