Job Description:
The Manager of Compensation performs exceptional work to ensure that compensation costs align with the organization's culture, philosophy, and objectives. This position’s contributions include benchmarking, developing compensation strategies, auditing, managing survey data, informing rewards programs, and making recommendations.
A primary focus of this role is sales compensation and incentives – programs that reinforce business and growth strategies, desired selling behaviors, and reflects that nature of unique sales roles.
This role is reports to the Sr. Director – Compensation.
Key Responsibilities:

Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, by establishing robust business relationships and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Research compensation trends and compare Acrisure's pay to others in the same industry and region.

Benchmark the organization's pay elements against the most appropriate comparators.

Inform strategies to ensure that compensation packages and policies align with the organization's goals.

Conduct audits to ensure legal compliance.

Manage compensation survey data, including data analysis.

Inform specific rewards and incentive programs for the organization. Determine the right incentives to engage and motivate workforce segments.

Make recommendations for pay programs, structures, policies, and practices.

Assist in job evaluations and salary surveys to ensure accurate and up-to-date compensation data.

Help administer compensation plans, including salary structures, variable incentive programs, and sales commission plans.

Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement compensation strategies.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation.

Provide guidance and decision support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters.

Lead and mentor members of the Compensation team, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation management and administration.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in compensation analysis, market research, and benchmarking.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
-
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to compensation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
