The salary range for this role, based in Texas is $93,800.00 to $117,300.00, range will vary if outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary:

Join Pernod Ricard USA and lead our mission to drive portfolio success across our customer base. As the Manager, CPP, you'll execute demand planning and performance management for a designated geography, translating national strategies into market-level forecasting and planning. You'll champion data-driven goal setting and performance management, ensuring successful execution against market demand.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage Performance Systems: Oversee program objectives, performance measurement, and ROI across Division/Markets.

  • Forecasting & Demand Planning: Lead demand planning and S&OP processes, driving forecasting accuracy and customer fill rates.

  • Strategic Outlet Targeting: Maintain account segmentation models and champion transformation initiatives.

  • Data Analytics Support: Ensure data-driven decision-making and communicate best practices within the geography.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

  • 5-7 years of sales management or operations experience, preferably in wine and spirits or consumer goods.

  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
