Job Description
PLEASE NOTE:
- This role is not open to relocation. Only candidates who have residency and right to work in the Isle Of Man can be considered.
To develop a strong foundation in Cash and Liquidity Management and understanding of intraday and short term liquidity activities contributing towards strategy and plan to meet trading and banking book cash, liquidity and collateral requirements through research, analysis, and transactional support to the Cash and Liquidity Management capability across SBSA and SBG Global Markets.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- Secondary/High school/A levels/Matric
- First Degree in Finance and Accounting
Experience Required :
- 1 - 2 years experience :
- Basic understanding of financial and global markets, economic and market drivers, risk and regulatory environments
- Knowledge and experience of settlement and operations related processes.
- Knowledge and application of the relevant CIB Operations systems required.
Proficient understanding and application of appropriate market knowledge, norms
and principles in complying to market rules and regulations.
Key Outputs :
- Book trades against counter parties within procedures and regulatory parameters
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with international banking counterparties
- Collect, consolidate and analyse historic, current and expected market developments, trends, and performance
- Execute against the process, extraction of data and interaction with market participants structure
