Job Overview:

As a Manager of the Case Management Team, you will lead a team of Case Managers that are designed to own –from taking over the call from the front-line agent to the research and coordination of a solution, and finally to the follow up with the advisor. These situations have a high level of complexity, and the Manager’s role is to identify and suggest process improvement. There is also a strong reporting component of this role, and you will be responsible for reviewing current reports, as well as creating reporting both independently and through partnership with the Data Analytics team. You will be responsible for motivating your team members in a manner consistent with LPL Financials values. No matter what the situation, your team’s duty remains the same: Providing our clients with timely, correct, and relevant information, when and where they need it so that in turn, they can help their clients achieve their own

Responsibilities:

  • Track and communicate directly with Advisors, their office staff, other business partners, and LPL Leadership by phone and email.
  • Research complex situations and analyze service solutions.
  • Participate in various department and company-wide initiatives to help drive efficiencies and enhance clients’ service experience.
  • Create trend reporting to ensure Service Trading and Operations is operating as intended and identify variances immediately to address any issues.
  • Maintain and continuously update status of incident within the incident tracking software to include the creation of Knowledge base articles for incident resolution.

Requirements:

· Bachelors preferred or equivalent work experience
· FINRA Series 7 required (99 can suffice then 90 days)
· 3+ years leading and developing others
· Proven ability to lead and coach financial professionals while possessing strong mentoring and       employee development skills.
· Demonstrated high degree of professional maturity and leadership

· Utilize the principles of continuous process improvement to streamline and enhance the operation of the call center.
· Serve as a subject matter expert.
· Constantly working on developing team members for succession planning.

Pay Range:

$64,800.00 - $108,000.00


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
