Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Planning & Strategy

  • Support the Business GM in formulating and executing the strategic plan for Secured Lending Business. 
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business performance data to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Develop annual business plans, budgets, and KPIs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, IT, Marketing) to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.

2. Partnership for Digital Journey Development

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key business partners, such as property developers and car dealers, to drive collaboration on the B2B2C digital journey.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment on goals, expectations, and mutual benefits.
  • Identify and onboard new partners to expand the B2B2C ecosystem and drive customer acquisition.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing support and addressing challenges to enhance partnership success.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement an end-to-end digital loan journey for B2B2C customers, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with IT and digital teams to integrate partner platforms with the organization’s systems for real-time data sharing and loan processing.
  • Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to improve partner and customer efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements within the digital loan journey.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and report the performance of partnerships and digital initiatives, ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of the digital journey and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare regular updates for the Business GM, highlighting achievements, challenges, and key initiatives.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a bridge between business partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
  • Host partner engagement sessions, training, and workshops to foster collaboration and enhance understanding of the digital loan journey.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in digital transformation and ecosystem development.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of the property and automotive sectors is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business planning, partnerships, or digital transformation roles.
