Our solution, Sickbay, collects patient data, stores it, transforms it and delivers results to doctors and nurses in real-time. We continue to build on Sickbay to identify early warning signs of patient deterioration in data which was previously lost within hospitals. Duties and Responsibilities
- Increase Annual Recurring Revenue, year-over-year.
- Manage the Channel Partner Program by identifying and recruiting channel partners, leverage these relationships to drive IDN lead referrals or resell MIC products, and maintain smooth partner services through positive working relationships.
- Prepare business plans, provide policy input, and assist in strategy implementation aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate partnership solution integration discussions between partners and MIC, identify and highlight the benefits and risks associated with each partnership, and review and prioritize partnership opportunities with MIC leadership.
- Design and deliver enablement programs and resources for channel partners to ensure alignment with MIC’s value proposition, sales methodologies, and compliance standards.
- Develop and refine go-to-market strategies for channel partner programs and direct sales initiatives.
- Ensure partners are updated with relevant product information to integrate with MIC's solutions to fit their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape insights, and opportunities for growth within the healthcare technology sector.
- Collaborate with leadership to suggest new campaigns, product features, or services that drive business growth using client and partner feedback.
- Work with the Direct Sales team to ensure reseller partners have support with hospital opportunities.
- Leverage MIC’s sales and planning tools to track and update activities, source new sales opportunities, and conduct personalized outreach based on research.
- Travel as required.
Required Qualifications

- 5-year track record of increasing revenue through partnerships within healthcare IT.
- 10 years of sales and partnership experience selling healthcare IT or SaaS solutions into hospital systems, IDNs, or other healthcare verticals.
- 5 years directly managing and scaling channel partner programs, including partner recruitment, enablement, and performance optimization.
- 5 years presenting at the C-suite level of healthcare IT and health system organizations to drive revenue.
- Business plan and go-to-market plan development and delivery on complex, strategic partnerships including detailed financial analysis, marketing plans, and operations impact.
- Strong negotiation skills and developing and maintaining long-term professional relationships with partners and clients.
- Understanding of healthcare compliance regulations and the ability to navigate sales conversations within this framework.
- Knowledge of analytics platforms to measure sales and marketing effectiveness.
- Creative problem-solving, listening, and curiosity.

Your mission
Business Development Manager will be skilled in contracting, building strong relationships with channel partners, and driving mutual marketing and sales efforts, metrics, and KPIs. Ability to manage an individual territory and a team quota, ensuring revenue generation against annual targets through partner-driven opportunities.
