Job Responsibilities

Understand the business needs of stakeholders

Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards

Work with stakeholders and IT teams to prioritize collected requirements

Communicate clarifications, changes, and enhancements of business requirements to sponsors, development team, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are all well understood

Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication and documentation

Provide Level 2 and 3 support, troubleshoot production systems and services
-
Develop proactive monitoring and diagnosis tools to meet SRE standards

Collaborate with other IT teams to drive innovation
Job Requirements
-
Degree in computer science, software engineering, IT or related discipline
-
Passionate about application development with 5+ years of experience
-
Hands-on development experience using Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript or Java
-
Experienced in software integration, testing, and quality assurance
-
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or Azure cloud computing
-
Exposure to agile, continuous integration/continuous delivery is a plus
-
Strong problem solving and analytic skills. Love technical challenges

Good communication and teamwork skills
