THE ROLE
The Manager, Affiliate Village Brand Experience is responsible for conceptualizing, managing the collateral and signage program for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Affiliate Villages. This role is integral to the Affiliate Relations team, which is responsible for designing, managing, and executing a best-in-class FIFA Affiliates Hospitality Programme at the biggest sporting event of all time.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILTIES
- Program Development:
- Lead the ideation and design of small-format collateral and directional signage for each Affiliate Village.
- Develop a baseline signage plan and adapt it to individual Affiliate Village markets based on walking routes and layouts.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Delivery Team to align the Commercial Village collateral and signage plans, ensuring consistency and identifying economies of scale where feasible.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of each stadium layout (inside and outside the secure perimeter), including Affiliate parking, PSA locations, and walking routes to ensure signage aligns with logistical needs.
- Ensure effective communication and information sharing across functional areas (FAs).
- Manage the approval process for proposals related to Affiliate Village collateral and signage.
- Client-Facing Materials:
- Develop and deliver client-facing presentation materials showcasing signage and collateral plans, walking routes by market, and other relevant details.
- Brand Compliance:
- Review and provide feedback on affiliate signage and collateral plans for private lounges to ensure adherence to FIFA brand guidelines.
- Operational Oversight & Reporting:
- Maintain an accurate budget in Excel, providing live updates and financial reporting as needed.
- Support vendor onboarding, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.
- Provide program status reports, addressing challenges and issues to management as required.
OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create professional materials, including presentations and documents, using Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word, Excel) or Keynote.
- Organize and attend meetings, track updates, and ensure timely completion of action items.
- Manage timelines and deadlines for the overall program and individual assignments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 5 years in event planning, hospitality, or program management.
- Experience with global sporting events and operations, preferably the FIFA World Cup or other major football events.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of budget management, financial reporting, and cost efficiency.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity in CRM tools like Salesforce and event platforms like Secutix.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Travel
Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. This position may require up to 20% travel.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$67,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$90,000 annually
