What you will do:
As the Manager of Advanced Analytics, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including all VPs for Last Mile, Planning & Routing, to determine the essential capabilities our platform needs. Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Planning: Partner with business product teams to identify, document, and communicate platform requirements.

Business Case Development: Analyze potential improvements, such as routing enhancements, to understand and predict their impact.

Dashboard Creation and Maintenance: Create intuitive and automated dashboards that effectively visualize business metrics and insights.

Adhoc Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to support decision-making processes and drive continuous improvement.
Your leadership and analytical expertise will be critical in ensuring our last-mile delivery solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
What makes you a strong candidate?

Expertise in Data Analysis and Visualization: Proven track record in advanced analytics and dashboard creation. Experience using SQL, Tableau, R, Python, and Power BI is preferred.

Strong Understanding of Business Metrics and Impact Analysis: Ability to predict and measure the effects of changes and improvements.

Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to collaborate across various teams and stakeholders.

Leadership Experience: Experience in managing teams and driving projects to completion.

Analytical Skills: Ability to perform detailed adhoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
