Job Description

We are urgently seeking an Experienced Management & Strategy Consultant with expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support the development of long-term implementation plans based on roadmaps and strategies. This role will play a key part in translating strategic direction into actionable execution plans, collaborating closely with IAM architects, security architects, and IAM product owners to define quarterly objectives, key results, milestones, cost estimates, and resource planning. The consultant will also work to align IAM initiatives with broader business needs, ensuring scalability, automation, improved user experiences, and readiness for evolving business models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop tactical plans to move IAM strategies into execution readiness.
• Ensure the use of leading strategy methodologies (e.g., future-back, pain-points-to-goals).
• Consolidate and integrate existing strategies and direction-setting documents.
• Prepare and facilitate long-term planning workshops to define objectives and key results.
• Define a structured process for managing and updating long-term IAM goals and pain points.
• Create planning templates and workshop materials for effective strategic execution.
• Manage the definition and structuring of IAM projects, ensuring comprehensive implementation plans.
• Conduct detailed cost and resource estimation within defined deadlines.
• Align IAM planning with existing governance models and organizational processes.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of project management experience in large IAM-related projects or programs.
• Immediate availability is required. 
• Strong expertise in strategy development and execution planning.
• Financial acumen to define, estimate, and manage costs and resources as well as build business cases.
• Experience in developing integrated project plans using hybrid methodologies.
• IT Security and IAM knowledge.
• Strong communication and change management skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English (default working language).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) strategy execution.
• Hands-on experience in business case development for security and IAM initiatives.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with regulated industries is an advantage.
