We are seeking a skilled Logistics/Mission Support Specialist (Business Analyst) with a background in organizational management, stakeholder engagement, and strategy development. This role supports organizational transformation consulting and will involve developing and executing key deliverables for government clients, particularly focused on Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) and related services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable conducting analysis, offering strategic recommendations, and supporting project management initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Consultation & Strategy Development:
  • Assist the government in developing an FCA program by leveraging industry knowledge, innovative approaches, and previous experience.
  • Conduct "as-is" analysis to provide actionable recommendations aimed at achieving program goals.
  • Support strategic planning, metrics development, and performance management processes.
  • Documentation & Deliverables:
  • Develop a variety of written deliverables including memorandums, project plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and flowcharts.
  • Produce strategic communications for external business partners and manage the tracking of deliverables using the OFAM task management system.
  • Program Development & Management:
  • Support the management of timelines and workflows related to program development and deliverable completion.
  • Assist in developing organizational strategies and recommending process improvements.
  • Analysis & Reporting:
  • Compile program analysis and reports related to facility assessments, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform decision-making.
  • Execute interviews, capture notes, and summarize findings for Project Manager (PM) review.

Requirements

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Experience:
  • 5 years of experience in business analysis, organizational management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Facility Condition Assessments (FCA), including experience conducting or managing site visits and assessments.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis and synthesize findings for actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, organizational strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in developing project-related documentation, such as SOPs, project plans, and strategic reports.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to support project management activities, manage timelines, and coordinate deliverables.
  • Comfortable conducting interviews and summarizing analysis for senior review.
