You will take part in projects that help our clients to acquire an in-depth understanding of the market (including its size, growth dynamics, business environment, competitive landscape and potential clients), to identify internal and external development opportunities as well as to adapt to a rapidly changing market situation.
In addition, you will learn how to effectively communicate with the team (inc. providing valuable feedback) and how to work in a project-oriented environment as well as you will have a chance to meet inspiring professionals working on international and local projects for clients from various industries.
This position is open in Warsaw and Krakow.
You will:
- Collect, verify and process data from primary or secondary sources;
- Prepare business analyses that provide detailed insights on the market, customers, competition, and more;
- Develop business cases and financial models;
- Prepare reports containing strategic conclusions and recommendations for clients;
- Coordinate the work of junior members of the project team;
- Assist in preparing proposals for consulting and research services;
- Communicate with colleagues, clients, external experts, and market participants across different countries.
- In project teams of several people supported by experienced colleagues who are always willing to share their knowledge;

How will you work:
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in economics, finance, management, economic analytics or similar);
- At least one year of professional experience in a job position related to market analysis, strategy development, business consulting or related (preferably in a consulting company or strategy/analysis role in any industry);
- Highly developed interpersonal skills - communication skills, the ability to establish and maintain good relationships in the team and with the clients;
- A positive, can-do attitude, “team first, ego last" principle and focus on the constant improvement of the work quality and efficiency;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively, out-of-the-box, and solve problems in unconventional ways;
- Organizational skills, ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Fluency in English language;
- Fluency in Polish language.
