About the Role:
The Tommy Hilfiger Product Team is responsible for the creation, merchandising, and development of both innovative and sustainable products for Tommy Hilfiger. Responsible for the end-to-end development of the product, from initial concept through to physical garments, pioneering high quality & product excellence, as well as delivering on company & divisional KPI’s. In close collaboration between the golden triangle: Merchandise, Design & Product Development, as well as with other stakeholders, this team plays an intricate part in delivering the Tommy Hilfiger brand DNA.
The role mainly includes day-to-day high-level assistance for our management team within the Tommy Hilfiger Product Department, proactively managing extensive calendars and expenses, organizing divisional events, and working closely with the other assistants.
This person will also be responsible for: organizing complex, multi-stop, international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries and managing visa requests, video conferencing set up, and organizing agendas (and minutes) for key management meetings. You should enjoy being the main contact, juggling many things at once, and have a “can-do” attitude. This role is perfect for someone looking for a challenging move into a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
Calendar and Email Management

Efficiently manage the VP's calendar, prioritizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, considering various time zones globally.

Proactively identify and highlight important tasks and meetings, ensuring the VPs are promptly reminded.
Basic Daily Support

Provide support with basic everyday tasks, assisting the VPs with various administrative needs to ensure smooth operations.
Calendar and Inbox Management

Assist with basic calendar and email/inbox management, primarily focusing on local timezone planning and scheduling.
Meeting Support and Communication

Attend all team meetings, taking notes and circulating information to the team after the VPs review it, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Travel Planning and Event Support

Assist with basic travel planning, mainly within domestic or European destinations, and provide on-site support for small events as needed.
Networking and Communication

Utilize a basic network to execute role responsibilities effectively, communicating using established methods and tools.
Expense and Invoice Management

Ensure timely completion and submission of expenses at the beginning of each month, and review and approve team expense reports promptly.

Raise purchase orders and ensure invoices are processed as requested by the VPs, monitoring approval timelines closely.
