To provide Financial Management of the Health (UK & NA) sub vertical of Civica
- Assist of the Health monthly divisional board pack and monthly and quarterly business review packs.
- Assist in preparation of annual business planning documents.
- Preparation and payment of monthly commissions for the Health sales team.
- Monthly reporting including completion of revenue and annual recurring revenue schedules & optimising service reviews.
- Assisting with preparing the monthly forecast. (system is Workday), working in conjunction with functional and central finance as required to ensure accurate and timely submissions
- Working capital reporting and analysis
- Analysis of accrued and deferred income
- Ensuring Cash collection targets are achieved.
- Ensuring Invoicing forecasts are accurate and on target.
- Ensuring Forecast and Budgeting system is accurate and updated.
- Authorisation and checking of sales orders.
- Review of credit notes and order amendments prior to Health Finance approval
- Working with revenues team to resolve queries with contracts.
- Ad hoc finance queries and tasks as required
