Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Major Accounts Manager – Field Based.
What you will do:

Drive growth in major account sales by managing assigned accounts and working with internal teams and dealer partners.

Act as both a direct sales representative and a coach for indirect sales efforts, ensuring targets for market share and profitability are met.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, using customer relationship skills to foster satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Lead account development, execute contracts, and manage customer orders to ensure quality service and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Capture and communicate customer feedback to support ongoing growth, adapting account strategies based on customer needs and business goals.
Who you are:

A strategic thinker with a track record of developing and managing successful sales relationships and account strategies.

Customer-focused, able to make informed decisions that enhance customer satisfaction and support sales objectives.

Proactive in providing valuable account information to drive sales and represent customer needs effectively.

Results-oriented, with the ability to recommend and execute account strategies while working within a defined budget.

A skilled communicator and relationship-builder, able to collaborate with internal teams and key accounts to achieve shared goals.
What you will need:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of sales experience (10+ years in lieu of degree).
Skills, Experience & Abilities

Strong knowledge of products, applications, and industry trends to meet client needs effectively.

Skilled in delivering clear, engaging presentations and communications to various audiences.

Proven ability to establish lasting client relationships and negotiate successful outcomes.

Proficient with PC software, including CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint, to manage and analyze sales data efficiently.
