WHAT YOU’LL DO: You will have the opportunity to handle aluminum material within our high quality and reliable architectural finishing process as well as fabricating and glazing commercial windows and storefront doors! This could include assembling windows/doors, CNC machine operating, saw operating, basic tack welding, operating overhead cranes, and any other duties as assigned. Specific positions may include: Machine Operator I or II
SALARY: Starting at $17/hour + up to $2/hour for premium shifts
WHEN YOU COULD WORK:
- 1st Shift - 5:30am - 3pm Mon - Thurs / 5:30am-9:30am Friday
- 2nd Shift - 3pm - 1:30am Mon-Thurs
- Overtime - Mandatory - Fridays/Saturdays
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Basic math, reading, & computer skills
- Effective communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 75lbs.
- Be on your feet for 8-12 hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
- Contribute to a safe & enjoyable work environment
- Excellent attendance & performance records
- Able to work collaboratively with a team
