Summary:
The M&A intern will work on various aspects of the acquisition process, supporting the the M&A operations, finance, and deal execution teams. They will perform a variety of tasks that may include, project management, reporting and analysis, process development and improvement, financial modeling, and leadership presentations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Departments: Corporate Development
- Perform a variety of tasks that may include, project management, reporting and analysis, process development and improvement, financial modeling, and leadership presentations.
- Support the development of KPI dashboards and presentations materials for leaders, executives, and board of directors.
- Work with cross functional teams to identify, research, and analyze opportunities and strategies for growth and improvement.
- Support corporate development team on all critical steps in the acquisition process, to include sourcing, initial financial and operational analysis, valuation, diligence, and integration.
- Audit and revise department policies and procedures.
- Other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Education, Training and Experience:
- A rising Junior or rising Senior with an expected graduation date of either '25 or '26
- In pursuit of a bachelor's degree
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Comfortable working with others in virtual environments
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $18.00 per hour.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
