About The Role:
The LTL Coordinator’s role is responsible for day-to-day administrative oversight of all LTL shipments that move through Spot’s systems, as well as providing consistent troubleshooting for any transportation issues the customer might need resolving.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all LTL shipments from beginning to end
- Assist with communication between LTL carriers and Spot Account Managers via phone and email
- Notify LTL carriers with updated information about shipments as needed
- Complete check-calls to ensure the most up-to-date status on every shipment
- Update billing on shipments as needed with the LTL carriers
- Interact professionally with LTL Carriers’ sales reps and Spot Account Managers
- Update Spot Account Managers on the status of their customers’ shipments routinely
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous customer service or call center experience to keep up with a fast-paced and stressful environment, while maintaining professional, clear, and concise communication.
- Logistics or LTL experience is not required
Skills:
- Demonstrated the ability to “hear” the concerns of customers, even if they are irate, and respond professionally with solutions to whatever issues arise.
- Highly proficient with PC skills, typing skills, and experience working with several screens and interfaces.
- Equipped with organizational skills to succeed in a results-oriented environment and execute priorities.
Pay: $19-$21/hr.
